Chad Michael Hawkins
- Available By Sample Post -
Nickname(s): Hawkins, Chadwick
(coined by Ely)
Age: 17
Grade: Senior
Birthday: May 1
Appearance: Standing six feet
tall with brown eyes and short brown hair, Chad is blessed with
handsome good looks and well-built thanks to his time in the
gym. He's rarely seen shaven, which is just out of pure laziness
for the most part. Chad has learned to dress the part, whether
it be roaming the halls in a pair of jeans and a trendy shirt
or dressing up for a night out on the town to impress a girl.
The young man likes to use his looks to his advantage, whether
it's trying to charm and manipulate a girl into sleeping with
him or climbing the social ladder.
Personality: Chad is very aware
of how he looks and is often cocky, arrogant, and over-confident.
He's usually the one with enough balls to say what everyone
else is thinking but is too afraid to say. He's often blunt,
hardly ever sugarcoats anything no matter who you are, and sometimes
says things just to get under a person's skin or just to see
how they'll react. Chad's very short-tempered and one look at
his record can tell you that his temper often gets him into
trouble. Most of the time, he just prefers talking with his
fists rather than his mouth. It's not so much that the young
man is obsessed with violence but more the fact that he believes
it's the only way people will really listen to what you're saying
- by pounding the message into their head (literally).
Chad isn't one to make friends with just anyone and he doesn't
base it on class or wealth - he despises phony people or people
who are just too damn optimistic all the time. Despite many
of his flaws, he doesn't really have trouble with dating as
some girls just fall right into his lap - literally. Being the
self-proclaimed bad boy, he loves to party and isn't afraid
to hide his heavy drinking and smoking - he's the boy that usually
brings the keg to the party.
In school, he does just enough get by so he can play ball and
doesn't worry too much about his future, much to his parent's
dismay. School seems to be one big annoyance (besides the fact
that he can meet hot girls) and he gets slightly annoyed by
bookworms and overachievers, thinking time would better be spent
in the weight room or on the football field, the only two things
he actually likes about school - football and wrestling.

History: Nancy Martin was 25
years old when she met Kevin Hawkins, a new hot shot reporter
for the LA Times. He had paid a visit to one of the movie sets
she was working on. The pretty blonde had caught Kevin's eye
and he was rather persitent in his asking her out on a date.
That one date changed both their lives forever. Kevin had figured
he'd never see the young make-up artist again until she showed
up on his doorstep, three-months pregnant. Knowing his parents
wouldn't approve if he just let the young woman raise the child
on her own, the two made plans to raise their child. Somewhere
along the line, they had come to develop a love for one another
and were married two months before Nancy was due.
Even after the birth of their son Chad, the Hawkins continued
to be a young and successful couple, residing in a suburb just
outside Los Angeles, California. Chad was no more than a few
months old when Nancy returned to work and the Hawkins began
to shift the baby boy along from babysitter to babysitter within
inner city Los Angeles. Both parents being obsessed with their
work hardly ever saw their son and often disregarded the letters
home regarding their son's troubling behavior.
It wasn't until Chad was 15 and was expelled from school for
punching a teacher who had just one too many snide remarks for
his liking that the Hawkins realized they had lost control of
their son. After searching up and down the West Coast for a
school that would accept their son, the Hawkins finally moved
to Ridgefield, Michigan and after some bribery, we're able to
slip their son into Richmond High School. So far, so good, Chad
has been able to keep out of any serious trouble in school,
although sometimes his parents worry that it's just any day
now before they get that phone call from the principal's office
again.
Neighborhood: Washington Park.
While not extremely wealthy, the Hawkins are still pretty well
off without financial burden in their three-bedroom home.
Job: He had a job once at Uncle
Joe's, but only lasted a day after threatening a customer. That
was his last job.
Vehicle: Ford Explorer
Best Friend(s): Chad's not very
close to anyone but there's a few guys from the team he'll find
himself hanging out with every once in awhile. He also has a
few enemies that wouldn't mind seeing him severely beaten.
Dating Status: Single. Has never
been a one-woman type of guy and he hasn't met a girl who's
changed that as of now. Chad will go to almost any length to
bed a girl, using whatever means to manipulate and lie his way
into their pants.
Social Status: Popular - Although
on the Football team and captain of the Wrestling team, pretty
well-known around school, and very attractive, his blunt honesty
and cockiness often draw some away.

Other Information: Chad isn't
really sure what he wants to do with his life but he really
doesn't let that get him down too often. He's thinking about
joining the armed forces since his parents think bootcamp would
be good for his aggression. He knows for a fact that if he decides
to go college, he'll party hard, skip class, and get kicked
out of school eventually, making it a waste of money that (in
Chad's opinion) would better be spent on booze.
Likes: Football, Wrestling, Parties, Girls,
Testing the "Merchandise," Sex, "Easy Access,"
and punching people who have it coming
Dislikes: Phony people, Laurelhurst Boys (especially
Tripp Gibbons and Adam Stuart), His parents, Overly-optimistic
people, Being told what to do, Shopping, Reading, School, Bookworms,
Overachievers, Girly Men
Quote: "There are only three esentials for living:
sports, booze, and girls."
Any extra-curricular non-school activity: Weight-lifting
for football or wrestling, partying, having sex, and getting
into trouble
