Appearance: Blessed with chiseled good looks, Ethan is an undeniably good looking young man. With his shaggy blonde hair and his aqua colored eyes, he is the stereotypical California surfer-type guy--it's just too bad Ethan's never even been to California. Standing about 6'2, Ethan is muscular without being TOO muscular. He works out and it shows, but he's not obsessive about it but he's very determined to remain healthy and almost every morning, he's seen at the gym lifting weights... and if he's not there, he's usually out running. He's normally pretty serious looking, but when he smiles watch out, because one dimple appears and 2 rows of perfect white teeth peek out and most girls are goners. He knows the reaction most women take to him which is why he prefers to remain quiet and serious-- he'd rather meet a girl who liked him for him, not for the fact that he has a nice smile and is usually on a few girls "Best Looking" list. That's not to say that if he sees a cute girl, he won't throw her a smile and just glare her way or something--far from it. He just prefers not to have physical attraction be the main factor between two people. He tends to dress mostly in faded baggy jeans and old vintage t-shirts with different band names such as "The Clash" "The Doors" "Led Zepplin" and on his feet, old doc martins. Somehow, it always looks put together and never really slobby..perhaps it's a guy thing, but Ethan is just all about being comfy.

Personality: Quiet and serious, Ethan can often come across as a snob which isn't really true. He's not a bad guy but he's not a great guy either--in actuality, Ethan is just a normal guy. He has his moments where he wants to tell someone to fuck off and at other times, he's ready to just kick back and have a beer and hang out. Usually, he doesn't really let himself go too much though, preferring to remain silent among arguments...because sometimes, that's the best way to infuriate a person. When they're trying to pick a fight, Ethan will simply stare at them blankly and watch as they get more and more angry-- eventually standing up and simply walking off. He definitely has the dark and brooding thing down pat which seems to work well for him. He enjoys attention but refuses to admit it... instead, he grumbles about it--and well, too bad for him because he gets plenty of it being the lead singer of Malcontent.


Family: Mother-Susan (44) is a stay at home mom who baby-sits in the house. Susan is a kind-hearted woman, soft, quiet and loving, she's worked hard to make a good home for her husband and children. She adores Kevin and honestly thinks that right now, her life couldn't get anymore perfect.

Father-Kevin (45) works as a journalist at the local newspaper. Kevin is very much into appearances--the beautiful wife, 3 gorgeous children, the dog and house. He's an ambitious person and would do anything to get to the top, determined to one day be the editor of the newspaper in Ridgefield. He's always been extremely close to his two oldest children, Ethan and Brynn and now, due to circumstances, has discovered the pain of losing their love and respect.

Sister-Brynn (17) is one of his best friends although after a recent conversation with Chad Hawkins regarding her and her new sexual awareness and involvement with Chad, the relationship has been strained.

Sister-Callandra (10) is much like her sister used to be at that age. She's a dreamer, forever playing pretend. She has no idea what's going on in her family right now and is quite content to stay in her room with her dolls, pretending to be a "Laurelhurst Princess" as her brother calls them. She's already long since declared that when she's older, she's going to marry someone rich (a prince, maybe) and live a dream life of luxury.

History: Ethan's family life has been rather strained lately. His father was discovered to be having an affair with a coworker about 3 months ago when his sister, Brynn walked in on them going at it on the desk. She immediately told Ethan and together, they confronted Kevin. Susan has yet to find out and right now, Brynn and Ethan are trying to figure out if they should tell or not. Kevin, of course, has been trying to make things better between himself and his 2 oldest but so far, all he's gotten is the cold shoulder from both... which really is too bad because up until this, Kevin and he had a very close relationship.

Neighborhood: Washington Park (but he's quite aware that if they tell his mother about Kevin's affair, they won't be living there long)

Job: Fusion (he's always on the look out for old vintage tees) & DiMarcos

Vehicle: He shares a 1995 Chevy Blazer with Cassandra

Best Friend(s): Brynn. Although he isn't really one to have a BEST friend... he's more of a
loner, but he considers the others in his band among his friends..(Ie: Cassie etc.)

Dating Status: He's single but that's not for lack of some girls trying. Being the lead singer of a band, popular or not, is always attractive to certain women. He just has no taste for one right now...especially with the situation going on in his family.

Social Status: If you asked Ethan, he'd say he wasn't anything. he's not exactly unpopular... but he's far from being the most popular guy. Ethan just hangs with who he wants without a care about their social status. Recently befriended Jayne Bradley
