Appearance: Tall, with a build between that of a bodybuilder, baseball player and football player; and with piercing blue eyes, Landon is every girls dream guy. He keeps his head clean shaven. Landon lets a little stubble grow on his chin which is his signature mark. He dresses very clean cut for the women in his life. You can usually find him in a button down shirts, Levi's jeans, black vest, ties and Joe Rocket leather motorcycle jackets.

Personality: Landon was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and is on the stuck up side because of it. He thinks that everything he wants should just be handed to him, which includes girls whether they have a boyfriend or not. He doesn't mess with any of his best friend girlfriend if they have one. He believes that all girls want him. Landon has this sweet innocent look that he uses to get his way with the girls. He can tell them everything they want to hear and they fall for it. Girls hear rumors about him being a playa, but when they look at him they think the total opposite. That's all in his game of deception. Landon is also the type of guy who will go out and tell all his guys friends whether a girl put out or not and just how good or bad she was.

Landon does not respect authority so if you tell him to do something he will do the complete opposite or completely ignore you. If Landon wasn't as well off he probably would have the record of suspensions but he usually just gets assigned community service. He is a heavy drinker but has not turned to drugs yet.

Landon plays sports because he likes to stay fit. He is pretty good at them but definitely not the best on the team because he rarely attends games. However he does go to all the practices. For some reason the coaches put up with this.

Family:Landon is the identical twin of brother of Mason Carter. Their parents Doug and Julie split when they were 10. His father moved to Washington and they moved with their mom back to her hometown of Ridgefield. Mostly they live off of the alimony that Doug sends but Julie works during the day as a paralegal at the law offices of Cox, Noble, and Associates. Mason and Landon don't always agree with everything because they're so different and frankly Landon is tired of Mason's attitude. The only reason Landon and Mason will acknowledge each other is if they are fighting. He only sees his dad 3 times a year but he doesn't mind.

Doug Carter has been working basically nonstop for National Defense Univeristy and the Department of Defense since the divorce in 1998. Doug and Julie seperated because Doug's position forced him to be in D.C. Julie did not want to raise her boys there and decided to move to her hometown of Ridgefield to raise them. As of 2001 Doug has been the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. This means he is the Secretary's principal advisor on intelligence matters.

History: Landon moved to Michigan from California when he was 11 years old. He did not take his parents divorce as hard as his brother did but will never talk about it. His father treats him better than Mason and attempts to live through him. Recently he offered to send Landon and his friends to Aspen for a week.
