Appearance: Tall, slender, and with piercing blue (they are blue aren't they?) eyes, Mason could be every girls dream guy. But he keeps his hair a little longer than most guys, as is his punk rocker style, which can be a turn off for some. You can typically find Mason grunged out in a pair of wide leg jeans and any number of his favorite bands t-shirts.

Personality: A rocker at heart, Mason is a fairly decent guy. Mason is fairly intelligent and doesn't have to try hard to get straight B's. He has never been pressured to do better so he doesn’t try. Most people think that he's all into drugs because of the band, but truthfully he's not. He's one of the most down-to-earth guys you'll meet but he's not afraid to tell it like it is. Mason is the lead guitarist in his band as well as the leader.

Although you will never get him to admit it he does like sports and loves to challenge himself.

Family: Mason is the identical twin of brother of Landon Carter. Their parents Doug and Julie split when they were 10. Mason and Landon don't always agree with everything because they're so different and frankly Mason is tired of Landon's attitude. The only reason Landon and Mason will acknowledge each other is if they are fighting. He only sees his dad 2 a year and isn't quite sure how he feels about the whole thing because no one has ever asked him.

Doug Carter has been working basically nonstop for National Defense Univeristy and the Department of Defense since the divorce in 1998. Doug and Julie seperated because Doug's position forced him to be in D.C. Julie did not want to raise her boys there and decided to move to her hometown of Ridgefield to raise them. As of 2001 Doug has been the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. This means he is the Secretary's principal advisor on intelligence matters.

History: Mason grew up California which partly explains his long hair and free bird attitude. He moved to Michigan when he was 11 with his mother and brother. Since he has lived in Michigan he has had a hard time adapting and fitting in.

Dating Status: Mason's dated around but right now he's single. Mostly just meeting girls after a gig who fawn over him. Nothing serious. He has a bit of something going on with Morgana but you couldn't really put a name on it. He broke up with Gabby just a few weeks ago.

Social Status: On the lower teir of semi-popular. His brother contributes to this but since Mason is pretty friendly that helps as well.
